A leading company in Kula Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service representative to provide high-quality service to clients through various communication channels. The candidate should possess a diploma, have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, and be fluent in Simplified Chinese. This role requires the ability to work in shifts including weekends, and a strong background in BPO is preferred.

Basic up to RM4500 (depending on experience)
Standard Shift Allowance up to RM 350
KPI Incentive up to RM300
Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or processes to assist customer understanding
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and maintain a high level of satisfaction
Investigate suspicious buyer activity and behavior that may pose risks to customers or merchants
Communicate professionally via email and phone with buyers, merchants, and internal teams to assess risk
Take appropriate actions based on standard procedures and document all steps taken
Job Requirements
Diploma + 1 years of working experience in customer service
Degree Fresh are welcome to apply
Able to work Rotational Shift - 24/7 shift (5 days work)
Experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) or fraud investigation is an added advantage
Background in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry is a plus
Must be able to speak, read, and write in Simplified Chinese (due to business needs)
Willing to work in KL
