Position Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Job Description:

1. To handle delivery matters and coordinate with customers, prepare documents, arrange transporter etc.
2. To provide immediate responses to customers’ enquiries or forward customers’ enquiries to senior customer service personnel or their superior.
3. To handle purchasing matters – issue PO to suppliers, coordinate with forwarder to ensure the cargo arrives on time.
4. To update stock data regularly to ensure the accuracy of data.
5. To assist sales personnel in issuing quotations, monitoring customers' payables, and ensuring on-time collections if required.

Salary: 2700~3800 (RM)

Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in any field.
2. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Ability to stay disciplined and cooperate with team members and other colleagues.
