A leading company in Southeast Asia is seeking a Customer Service Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls, process orders, and respond to customer feedback. The candidate should have experience in a call center environment, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin. This role will involve participating in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and requires multitasking abilities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with work scheduled from Monday to Saturday.
The Customer Service Associate is primarily responsible to attend to all inbound and outbound calls to process enrollments and orders. They are also responsible to attend to all customer feedback and queries pertaining promotional updates, product information, delivery matters and any other customer service related matters. This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Lead/Senior Supervisor and will also be required to take on cross functional duties within the department when needed.
Attend to all inbound and perform outbound calls as assigned
Ensure complete follow through on all customer queries, investigation and feedback
Escalate issues to relevant departments or person in charge to resolve the matter in a timely manner
Participates in customer satisfaction improvement and call quality initiatives
Provide World Class Service to customers
Assist the Customer Service Team Lead/Senior Supervisor with call center administrative tasks as assigned
Supports the call center by proactively suggesting business improvement ideas
Participate in all training, meetings, activities and events conducted by department and company.
Supervision of Others
Not required unless assigned on special projects
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment handling inbound calls, outbound calls, fraud management
Experience in call center applications, workforce applications, quality monitoring tools and applications, center reporting tools and technologies will be an added advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and resourceful
Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
Able to multitask
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Language proficiency (speak, read and write): Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin
We are looking for candidates who can read and write in Mandarin to serve our large base of Mandarin-speaking customers.
Education Requirements
At least a pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)

Mondays to Saturdays : 10:00am - 7:00pm (5 days work week only)
