Job description

Lendlease Malaysia is seeking candidates interested in growing their careers as a Customer Service Assistant at Setia City Mall.

Setia City Mall is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam, hosting over 300 retailers across 4 levels. It is a premier destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and park life in the area.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to inquiries, feedback, requests, and complaints from shoppers and tenants in a tactful and timely manner.
  • Communicate with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone.
  • Ensure customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good condition and maintained at high standards of cleanliness.
  • Conduct daily internal floor checks, including tenant opening and closing hours.
  • Monitor taxi queues to ensure compliance with mall rules and regulations.
  • Respond to emergencies according to the center's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform concierge desk administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.
  • Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns, including handling gift redemptions, lucky draws, and contest forms.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service with an approachable and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
