Requirements:
Possess at least a school qualification (SPM/STPM) or Professional Certificate in any field.
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
Possess a pleasant disposition and passion for service excellence.
Be proactive and attentive to details.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Information Counter and provide excellent customer service.
Provide timely and accurate information to inquiries from the public.
Perform paging and in-house announcements as per guidelines.
Handle customer feedback and complaints.
Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Customer Service Counter.
Assist in Marcom’s events and promotional activities.
Perform administrative and clerical duties.
