A leading company in customer experience solutions is seeking a Customer Service Advisor fluent in Mandarin to provide exceptional service to users and merchants. The role involves resolving inquiries, maintaining professionalism, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service processes. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and customer service experience.
Provide high-quality service to users and merchants, and help resolve their queries in a prompt and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of attentiveness and professionalism when resolving customer’s issues.
Work with internal stakeholders, to make sure the SOP is delivered as expected.
Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements based on active collection of feedbacks from users and merchants.
Self-starter, with well-developed and proven judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle complex cases.
