Requirements
At least hold an SPM certificate.
No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently.
Own transportation.
Willing to work with shifting, including weekends and holiday if required.
Working Hours: GPC Team : Morning 9am - 7pm, Noon 1pm - 11pm, Night 11pm - 9am (3 shifts)
Responsibility
Resolve customer issues related to website, login and order issues.
Handle customer orders via official online platform and social communication platform.
Check and manage stock inventory reporting.
