Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor daily campaign deals and support the end-to-end trafficking process.
  • Assist account managers and internal teams in client communications to ensure campaigns are live and on track.
  • Maintain accurate campaign information such as goals, budgets, timelines, and flight dates.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to verify deal details and ensure information flows correctly through Ad Suite.
  • Support the creation, implementation, trafficking, and reporting of advertising campaigns.
  • Manage simple to moderately complex workflows by applying existing processes and exercising sound judgment when needed.


  • Job Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service, account coordination, or client management roles.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
