Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support team member to assist drivers' onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in Taiwan. The primary responsibility involves making outbound calls to prospective drivers, ensuring they complete the necessary onboarding processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will meet quality metrics and maintain daily productivity goals while providing exceptional support.
Job Requirement
- SPM holder or higher with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree (freshers) with knowledge or exposure in customer service.
- Fluent in both English (B2+) and Traditional Chinese (N1+)
- Experience in outbound calling, with a strong track record of achieving conversion goals.
- Background in sales calls or collections is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using call management systems and basic computer applications.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective drivers to facilitate the onboarding process.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and in-app messaging in a timely and professional manner or perform KYC checks to verify drivers' information and documentation.
- Maintain a high conversion rate for outbound calls.
- Meet established quality metrics and daily productivity targets.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and streamline operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to drivers throughout the onboarding process.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve delivery service.
