A leading logistics technology provider is seeking a Customer Service representative with potential for growth. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills especially in Mandarin, and willingness to work in a shift system. Join a dynamic team supporting e-commerce and logistics solutions in Malaysia.
Min 1 - 2 years of CS related working experiences.
Logistics/ Manufacturing or BPO background is highly preferable.
Mandarin speaking is highly preferable.
Able to accept 5.5 working days with 2 shifts (off day will be on weekday or weekend) - No midnight shift.
Applicable for Malaysian only.
Mandarin speakers are preferable to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Salary package will be based on interview performance and related working experiences.
