Job summary

Yuto Packaging Technology Indonesia in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries, process orders, and address requests across phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.

You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain strong customer relationships, and deliver outstanding service while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
