About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service professional to join our growing team at JP Asia Capital Sdn Bhd. As a Customer Service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office.

What you'll be doing

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, providing personalised and empathetic support

Manage a diverse range of customer requests across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Provide feedback and recommendations to management to enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial services or call centre industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and provide effective solutions to customer queries

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

Adept at navigating and utilising various customer relationship management (CRM) and call centre software systems

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
