Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our printing shop team. This role is the frontline connection between our business and customers, ensuring smooth order handling, clear communication, and excellent service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with the production team. Training will be provided, and candidates with graphic design skills may be eligible for a higher salary.
Responsibilities
- Order Management
- Accept and process customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Verify order details, specifications, and deadlines to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Communication
- Discuss order requirements with customers, providing guidance on printing options, materials, and finishes.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and build trust with new clients.
- Multi-Channel Support
- Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Monitor and respond to online orders and inquiries.
- Provide updates to customers regarding order status.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer service activities.
- Optional Graphic Design Support
- Assist customers with basic design adjustments, layouts, or file preparation.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure customer artwork meets printing requirements.
- Candidates with graphic design skills may receive additional responsibilities and higher pay.
Requirements

- Basic computer skills (email, WhatsApp, online order systems).
