About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service role based in Medini Johor, where you will be the face of JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES' customer experience. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Updating customer records and maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggesting improvements to processes

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the commercial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
