Job Responsibility
- Acts as a link between the customer and the sales team.
- Assist salesperson upon request.
- Handling inquiries about products including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status.
- Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, etc.
- Handling Live-Chat platform, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages.
- Assist TikTok live chat messages upon request.
- Update stock count in the system.
- Follow-up on customer orders.
Job Requirements
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
- Looking for a stable and permanent job.
- Required Skill(s): Good communication skill & computer literate.
- Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply.
