Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Care staff to join our team at The Only Bnb. As a Customer Service staff member, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, handling sales inquiries and resolving complaints. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional and unforgettable guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, reception, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with web hosting platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Traveloka, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service from guest check-in to check-out, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience.
  • Greet guests, address their needs, and provide information about services and local attractions.
  • Manage guest reservations, room availability, and bookings across various platforms.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verify guest details, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Assign rooms based on guest preferences and special requests, considering availability.
  • Process payments, explain charges, and resolve billing issues.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints, inquiries, and requests professionally.
  • Update and follow up on outstanding inquiries, requests, and complaints daily.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details.
  • Ensure all areas are well-maintained and professionally presented during shifts.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other teams to manage room statuses effectively.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
