Reports To: Director of Customer Sales

Job Summary:

The Customer Sales Executive is responsible for handling guest inquiries, processing bookings, and maximizing revenue through effective reservation management. This role ensures seamless communication, accuracy in bookings, and exceptional guest service to enhance overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online channels with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and promotions.
  • Ensure all reservations are processed accurately in the system and special requests are noted.
  • Maximize revenue by upselling room categories, packages, and add-on services.
  • Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any reservation-related concerns.
  • Maintain records and generate reports on booking trends and occupancy.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in hotel reservations or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, PMS, or similar).
