Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive analyses of existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Designing and implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Providing change management support to ensure seamless transitions and minimise disruptions
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of process re-engineering initiatives
  • Delivering training and change management programmes to upskill and engage our employees
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management and process optimisation

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or a related field
