Job Description
  • You have the knowledge, confidence, and desire to make positive customer experience.
  • You know your levels of authorization to solve customers/visitors problems when they occur and recognize when you need to escalate an issue to someone with higher authorization.
  • You pass on the relevant information to deal effectively and efficiently with the customers/visitors.
  • You offer solutions to frequently asked questions. This helps to make a better future shopping experience for everyone.
  • You ensure our store is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and colleagues.
  • Understanding the IKEA Concept, global solutions, tools and working methods and ensuring using the appropriate manuals from Inter IKEA Systems to help optimize our customers’ shopping experience.
Qualifications
  • You are a self-motivated team player with a desire to take on responsibility and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic and physically fit.
  • You are able to support on weekends/public holidays.
  • You are able to work on shifts.
  • Customer service experience will be added advantage.
