• To set appointment booking (inbound/outbound call and hunting data)
• To perform Post Service Follow Up Call
• To call No-Show Appointment Customer
• To attend to all customer feedback (Enquiries, Feedback, Suggestions)
• To coordinate with other departments to solve customer's complaint
• To attend Company phone
• To assist customer at reception
• To perform adhoc tasks assigned by superiors
