Be a part of something BIG! As Customer Relation Officer, you are responsible to handle sales enquiries by identifying and performing cross-selling to meet customer's needs. In addition, you are required to recommend the most suitable package to customers by analyzing customer profiles.

Contributing and supporting the achievement of your individual & team's sales target, call productivity, and customer engagement score.

Skills for Success:
Diploma or Degree graduate in Business Studies/Administration.
Minimum 1 year working experience in a contact center environment.
Passionate about sales and with strong customer orientation.
Proficiency in English. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Understanding the importance of meeting customers’ needs as a top priority.
Having strong verbal, technological, written communication, and presentation skills.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment and to meet critical deadlines.
Good team player with the willingness to share knowledge and ideas.
Flexible in performing shift work and during public holidays.
