Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving card memberships and loyalty programs to achieve established business and top-line goals. Key responsibilities include:
- To manage and drive the card memberships and loyalty programs in order to achieve the established Company business and top-line goals.
- To plan, implement and execute effective programs to reward existing members.
- Generate and compile CRM analysis/reports and campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and Loyalty campaigns and brand performance.
- To systematically manage anti-attrition numbers by establishing anti-attrition programs that promote continued card loyalty.
- To work closely with respective internal departments to ensure all programs are executed within budget and timelines given.
- To plan for more 3rd party tie-ups, e.g., Banks, Corporate Companies, or colleges to increase POP Card recruitment rate.
- Involve in Bookfairs and BookFest recruitment mechanics.
- To handle customers' enquiries via POPULAR website, phone calls, and email.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.
- Experience in working with customer databases, data analysis, and email marketing platforms are added advantages.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Multilingual is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and committed.
