- Liaise with customer on product quality issues and address customer’s concerns with corrective action and preventive action plan formalized among internal manufacturing personnel.
- Responsible to co-ordinate failure analysis on the assembly customer return parts and liaise with customer on the failure parameters. Define root cause for the failure modes.
- Responsible for internal coordination and preparation for customer visit and audit. Follow up corrective actions and preventive actions from customer audit findings.
- Responsible to handle customer complaint and 8D report closer. 8D report must close within the allowable time frame.
- Responsible for periodical review and recommend improvement programs for all related QA procedures implementation.
- Responsible for co-ordinate review of product FMEA and Control Plan when necessary.
- Responsible for coordination & execution of all the necessary quality control requirement by customer into the internal quality control system.
- Responsible for establishing and reviewing acceptance criteria (visual aids) for use by production and QA personnel for each automotive project.
- Responsible for all projects and assignments given by direct superior and when necessary.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree holder in Management/ Engineering/ Physic or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing’s QA environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to lead a group of Operation and QA team to achieve the customer expectation.
- Ability to plan, execute and delegate jobs towards company’s objective.
- Ability to communicate with all level of staffs & customers.
- An advantage if can read and write in Mandarin.
- Good analytical, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills.
- Strong ISO requirement knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of QA functions and product audit requirements.
- Good knowledge of the automotive core tools, such as:-
- Statistic Process Control (SPC),
- Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA),
- Control Plan(CP),
- Measuring Analysis System(MSA),
- Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP),
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Process Audit (VDA 6.3)
- Product Audit (VDA 6.5)
