• Bachelor Degree or above
• Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Have knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA6.3.

Customer Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

Ensure Quality targets are established and achieved in product development, production process, and customer quality.

Customer Complaint Management:

• Quick response and effective communication with customers.
• Quickly collect phenomena of quality problems at the first time and feedback to the factory.
• Coordinate with relevant departments of SHB factory to define the containment action plan and lead the implementation of the containment action plan in the customer factory.
• Coordinate with relevant departments of SHB factory to investigate root cause and drive for improvement and submit 8D report to customer.
• Regularly visit and proactively communicate with customers to collect product quality performance and customer proposals and lead continuous improvement for quality and service.
• New project risk identification and sample quality assurance.
• Onsite review of sample assembly process at customer assembly line to collect information from customer side.
• Regularly visit and proactively communicate with customers to collect new project information and customer proposals and lead continuous improvement to reduce project risk.
• Support project manager to achieve smooth mass production of the project.
