To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Quality Engineer located in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

1. Develop standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
2. Design sampling procedures and develop forms for recording and reporting quality data.
3. Implement methods for disposition of discrepant material and assess costs.
4. Measure and test product quality and reliability, and tabulate data.
5. Prepare training materials and conduct quality control training sessions.
6. Coordinate with Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers on quality issues.
7. Ensure data integrity and report quality results.
8. Initiate and track corrective actions.
9. Participate in quality audits and standards development.
10. Develop and maintain quality standards for materials and products.
11. Design and implement testing and evaluation procedures for products and equipment.
12. Analyze reports and returned products for corrective actions.
13. Evaluate and qualify production equipment and processes.
14. Liaise with regulatory bodies.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Quality Engineer.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
