About the Role

Responsible for conceiving, developing, implementing, supporting, and enhancing life, health, and wellness insurance schemes and products

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and profitability analyses
  • Generate ideas on new products and wellness programmes and upgrade existing products through product improvements
  • Coordinate with relevant functions such as channel distribution, actuarial investment and operations in design of new products and refine of existing ones
  • Provide advice on product pricing and marketing strategy as appropriate
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Education – Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science or Marketing.
  • Experience – Preferably with minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience.
  • Special skills – Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken), proficient in Microsoft Office applications, good presentation skill, possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
