Your Responsibilities:

The Customer Project Manager will be the primary contact for customers, managing projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. You will also handle customer communication and serve as the project focal point from sales handover through to project closure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Management: Serving as the main contact during FAT, responsible for customer inspections, and addressing customer inquiries.
• FAT Execution: Preparing systems for FAT, conducting FAT with clients, managing punch items, and ensuring system release.
• Third-party Management: Attending FATs at supplier sites, managing inspections, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Communication and Coordination: Maintaining effective communication within the project team and stakeholders, establishing relationships within the factory.
• Project Planning and Control: Managing project timelines, milestones, documentation, and monitoring project status.
• Financial Management: Managing project budget, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
• Risk and Opportunity Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, managing claims, and exploring additional business opportunities.

Background and Skills Required:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-7 years in the electrical industry and project management experience, particularly in systems/equipment business
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred
