We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Customer Program Manager (Subang, Selangor)

As Customer Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing specific Customer Operations on behalf of Incora. You will provide the interface between the contracted customer and us, and you will balance the fulfillment of customer service with the achievement of Incora’s business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve relationships with assigned customers.
  • Develop and strengthen collaboration with internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Manage customer demands, including but not limited to:
  • Usage reviews
  • Forecasting
  • Contract additions and deletions
  • Claims and liability management
  • Oversee the customer's order book, ensuring:
  • On-time delivery performance
  • Prompt resolution of supply chain issues
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within Incora and at customer sites to enhance operational performance.
  • Support the preparation of sales budgets related to your customer portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing customer accounts.
  • Assist in the implementation or closure of customer operations as needed.
  • Conduct regular reviews of contract performance with both the customer and internal teams.
  • Manage and develop team members, where applicable.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong background in Customer Account and Relationship Management
  • Project management experience preferable
  • Experience in the aerospace and chemical industry will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willing to travel locally, and oversea as and when needed
