As the Customer Partner Lead, you will lead the sales team to drive innovative initiatives and coordinate all commercial activities for existing and new products. This role is key in shaping the RDMY strategy and enhancing the healthcare ecosystem.
Job Summary:
As the Customer Partner Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive innovative initiatives and coordinate all commercial activities for existing and new products and solutions. This includes managing customer and sales data, implementing marketing campaigns, and achieving the overall vision and goals for the assigned territory. You will manage key accounts, ensure operational effectiveness, plan annual budgets, and forecast sales in line with RDMY business strategy.
This role is crucial in shaping and enabling the RDMY strategy and contributing to the overall iPDM Strategy.
You will demonstrate a personal purpose focused on improving the healthcare ecosystem, thinking beyond boundaries to deliver the best outcomes, creating better health results faster, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and excellent partnering skills.
Provide leadership with information on sales probability, emerging customer issues, and competitor data. Guide the team on sales strategies aligned with overall sales goals.
Develop, coach, and mentor team members.
Identify opportunities to optimize return on investment, achieve team budgets, and develop effective growth plans.
Promote cross-functional communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving to maximize revenue.
Analyze market conditions and trends, develop long-term strategies, and present recommendations to leadership.
Build strategic relationships with KOLs and stakeholders, supporting their objectives to meet business strategies and goals.
Identify customer needs, differentiate Roche offerings, and collaborate with marketing to add value.
Engage proactively in tender cycles and ensure timely participation.
You are someone with:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Health, Science, or Medical disciplines from a reputable university.
Over 5 years of relevant sales experience with a proven success record, including 1-2 years in management or leadership roles, with strong communication skills and impactful presentation abilities.
An entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results. Demonstrated leadership qualities such as confidence, good judgment, decision-making, active listening, flexibility, self-motivation, and challenging the status quo.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, strategic thinking, solutions orientation, and customer service skills.
The ability to travel interstate as required and possess a valid Malaysian driver’s license.
