The primary responsibility of the COO Operations Executive is to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for customers, ensuring that all customer master data is accurately handled and maintained within the SAP system, in alignment with established processes. This role is critical in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and upholding data integrity. The position requires regular reviews and updates to customer data to guarantee its accuracy and relevance, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards.
Processing customer onboarding application and creates master data for customers in SAP system accurately within SLA (50%)
To ensure proper data governance with right level of confidential classifications (5%)
Data maintenance and execute corrective actions to ensure good database quality (25%)
Address customer and business requirement and concerns (10%)
Timely and accurate submission of vendor's sales out report to key vendors (10%)
1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree with Business IT Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Possesses strong data entry skills.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to converse and write effectively in English.
Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures; high noise levels; high places; wet and/or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions.
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
