Overview

Customer Expert with Italian and English | Social Media Ninja | 24/7

Schedule: 24/7 shifts

Training duration: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday, conducted in English)

About us: We are creating a space on a well-known platform in social media - we receive reports, react and act! We are looking for people who want to have a real impact on how the Internet looks.

Responsibilities:

Responding in real time to platform users' inquiries regarding LIVE streaming in terms of reported abuses and appeals of decisions made.

Receiving user requests and resolving them in accordance with established platform standards.

Collaborating in an international back-office environment (no phone contact with customers).

Cooperation in a 24/7 shift format - day, night, weekend shifts - schedule determined according to your needs!

Requirements:

Fluent knowledge of Italian (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).

Willingness to provide shift assignments on a 24/7 basis.

Availability for a minimum 140 hours including 3 weekend days per month

Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility.

Good organization of own tasks and attention to details.

Willingness to cooperate fully from the office in the city centre of Poznań.

Employment on a contract of mandate and a rate of 45 PLN gross/hour

Flexible schedule tailored to your needs (you can expect 3–4-night shifts per month and a combination of morning and afternoon shifts)
