The role involves ensuring professional handling of all customer inquiries, timely processing of orders via Web Request, email, or fax, and collaboration with Operations to close work orders accurately and promptly. Responsibilities include barcode management, proactive communication about delays, managing self-access requests, backup duties, and increasing ReQuest Web Score and usage.
Compliance with ISO policies, Quality Management System, and local FSSHE requirements is essential. This role falls under the Customer Support category.
