We are seeking a Customer Executive to drive sales and market share growth by creating, selling, and executing the category commercial elements of the Customer Joint Business Plan with the Customer. The role involves building Nestlé’s reputation within the customer relationship, ensuring adherence to Nestlé policies and principles in all business dealings.

A day in the life of a Customer Executive

  • Develop, agree, and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for the relevant categories.
  • Sell a range of Nestlé products to designated accounts to meet sales, profit targets, and market share objectives within the GTS budget.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with accounts, understanding their business needs to ensure customer intimacy.
  • Maintain regular contact with relevant personnel within the customer and Nestlé to resolve challenges, issues, and queries promptly.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience, preferably with good knowledge of Nestlé, retailing, and retail customers. Experience with CDT background will be an added advantage.
