We're Hiring: Customer Engagement & Campaign Manager

Based in Sendayan, Seremban | Full-Time | Insight-Driven | People-Focused

At Alpro Group, we’re looking for a Customer Engagement & Campaign Manager to turn strategies into structured, repeatable wins. This role sits at the intersection of data, community, and action.

What You’ll Be Doing:

️ Run customer activation & retention campaigns (digital & physical)

️ Manage WhatsApp community engagement & campaign workflows

️ Collaborate with marketing, pharmacy & nutrition teams to bring ideas to life

️ Use simple dashboards to identify opportunities (e.g. revisit rate, segment response)

️ Prepare weekly updates, timelines & mini reports — clear, visual, structured

️ Be reachable, agile, and able to juggle multiple tasks across teams

We’re Looking For:

2–5 years experience in CRM, customer engagement, or campaign/project management

Comfortable with data, segmentations & KPIs (CLTV, RFM, response rate, etc.)

Highly organized, with a bias for structured reporting

Energetic, hands-on, and great at cross-team coordination

Fluent in English, and preferably also Mandarin

Bonus Points If You Have:

Healthcare, retail, or FMCG experience

WhatsApp community or loyalty campaign experience

Knowledge of CRM, Airtable, or Google Sheets dashboards
