Customer Development Executive (Fresh graduate welcome to apply)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal team to manage assigned customers to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Work proactively to exceed customer expectations in conjunction with company business growth.
- Manage assigned customers in terms of business and commercial perspective.
- Monitor day-to-day business operations to meet target budget.
- Create relevant management reporting with high data accuracy on a weekly basis and communicate in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control assigned customer account materials E&O.
- Assist the team with business and execution strategies for product introduction.
- Provide RFQ to existing and new customers.
- Claim NRE and extra costs needed from projects with customers correctly.
- Manage all customer communications, upward and downward through the organization; escalate key issues and present options for resolution to the management.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years experience in EMS with business development or PM background.
- Pleasant personality, team player, self-motivated & result-oriented.
- Good communication skills and interaction with people.
- Willing to work independently and travel upon request.
- Capable of making decisions based on own experience.
- Able to lead the team to work in a better environment.
