BCB Heights is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and resolve issues related to housing and occupancy. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and 2+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within real estate or property management. Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Handle complaints and resolve issues related to housing units, repairs, warranty claims, or occupancy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Liaise with construction, maintenance, and legal teams to address customer concerns.
Schedule and follow up on service appointments or defect rectifications.
Assist in handover processes, move-in coordination, and orientation for new homeowners.
Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the experience.
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Any others ad hoc work from time to time.
Good teamwork skills, communication skills, patience and diplomacy, strong organizational skills and problem-solving
Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related field.
· 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or property management.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and empathetically.
· Familiarity with housing processes (handover, snagging, maintenance) is an advantage.
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
· Good command of English, B.Melayu, and Mandarin both written and spoken to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
