Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound calls from customer and act on their inquiries or issue in professional, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within established guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers and address inquiries / issue.
  • Troubleshooting for customer’s IQC/EQA activities and instrument’s error/setting/operation.
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries / issues / complaints that are not immediately resolved.
  • Monitor instrument performance and suggest proactive action to minimize instrument downtime.
  • Collaborate with other functional team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma Degree in Biomedical Science Medical / Health Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related working experience in healthcare, clinical laboratory, application support, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of IVD, healthcare and life science industry and market competition.
  • Preferably with working experience in inbound/outbound call centre environment.
  • Proactive, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate & self-driven.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
