This is a customer-facing role within the Supply Chain function, where you will be responsible for end-to-end customer support, order processing, and ensuring timely deliveries, while also managing packaging artwork coordination. You will partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries regarding order, deliveries, product details, and supply chain questions—logging requests in the CRM/ERP system and providing timely status updates
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure orders are processed correctly and dispatched on schedule
- Oversee artwork creation by working closely with packaging vendors—make sure the first digital proof is available within specific timeframes of submitting initial artwork
- Maintain FG item codes in the ERP system, following company naming standards and keeping data for audit purpose
- Partner with the ERP/IT team to streamline and digitize artwork workflows through internal platform, ensuring seamless end-to-end tracking
- Proactively monitor artwork timelines—escalate potential delays, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure all packaging art meets both customer and regulatory guidelines
- Resolve customer complaints or delivery-related issues promptly, investigating root causes and escalating to relevant teams when necessary
- Compile and share periodic performance summaries based on both customers and internal stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Production/Industrial Engineering or related degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service, customer care, or sales-support roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate packaging and artwork activities in a cross-functional setting, including vendor management and deadline adherence
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) for order tracking, inventory updates, and FG item-code creation
- Familiarity with digital artwork platforms and a willingness to engage in process automation initiatives
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills—detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and escalate issues effectively
- Full-time on-site role based in Sitiawan, Perak
