Job summary

A leading company in Office Coffee Services seeks candidates to provide maintenance and customer service for coffee machines. Successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning, customer interaction, and achieving service targets. Ownership of a vehicle and prior customer care experience are essential.

• Must possess own transport with valid driving license D.

• Achieve scheduled monthly service, rental, and collection targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock and customer cases.

2 years' experience in handling customer care at customer place/office.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (will be an added advantage).

Must possess own transport (car) with a valid driving license D.

Experience in servicing drinking appliances like coffee machines, water purifiers, air purifiers.

Male/Female.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines at customer locations, including topping up/replenishing beans during monthly service jobs based on a schedule. Attend to customer needs as required.
• Provide periodic maintenance services throughout the customer rental period.
• Achieve scheduled monthly service, rental, and collection targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock and customer cases.
• Always be punctual.
• Training will be provided.
• Two positions available.
