  2. Channeling and escalating unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate stakeholder or next level, following the established procedures.
  3. Working closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
  4. Proactively identifying areas for service and procedural improvement and making recommendations to the team leader.
Skills For Success
  1. At least a Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field of study.
