We’re looking for a Customer Care Officer who loves solving problems and creating long-term customer relationships. This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about customer support and its role in making a customer-centric team successful.

Make an Impact by:

  • Supporting customers via bots (devices) in Singtel Shops.
  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries from customers with excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Channeling and escalating unresolved issues or complaints to other stakeholders or the next level within the agreed procedures.
  • Identifying and performing cross-selling opportunities by analyzing customer profiles, recommending suitable packages, and actively promoting latest promotions/services.
  • Processing service applications and requests for back-office or self-service options.
  • Working closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects as requested.

Skills for Success:

  • At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and explore. Otherwise, at least 1 year of experience in customer service or contact centers is required.
  • Good command of English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Flexible to changes in work schedules.
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
