We are seeking a Customer Care Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving queries and ensuring satisfaction. The role involves handling pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, processing requests, and building strong client relationships.

The Role:

As a Customer Care Executive, you will support customers in your assigned country, including greeting, logging interactions, and identifying customer needs. Your responsibilities include resolving most queries on first contact and escalating complex cases appropriately. Typical queries involve:

  • Pre-sales: pricing, availability, order entry, quotations, e-commerce, and knowledge management
  • Post-sales: product returns, technical queries, order management, invoices, and deliveries

You will also manage requests related to purchase orders, credit notes, warranties, complaints, and customer service needs, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales growth.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional primary support via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Processing customer requests in ERP systems
  • Coordinating logistics and delivery with procurement and logistics teams
  • Managing escalations and resolving issues related to orders, logistics, and product quality
  • Collaborating with marketing on product launches and learning about new products and technologies
  • Leading process improvements in customer service

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, with 3-5 years of experience (engineering degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of ERP SAP SD module and supply chain processes is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexible with working hours during peak periods
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with problem-solving skills
