A leading company in the manufacturing and property development sector is seeking a Customer Care Executive based in Chemor, Perak. The ideal candidate will handle customer complaints, follow up on defects, and ensure product quality compliance. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in property development.
  • Able to speak Malay/English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.

  • To attend to customers' complaints and ensure resolution.
  • To follow up on defect rectification and work closely with the Technical Team.
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.

To attend to customers' complaints/feedback and ensure they are resolved professionally in compliance with company service standards.

To follow up on defect rectification progress and work closely with the Technical Team for dispute resolution.

To submit critical defects progress reports in a timely manner to the Technical Team for investigation and rectification.

To propose appropriate solutions and provide regular feedback for continuous product quality improvement.

To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.

To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by the superior or company.

2. Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the property development industry.

Able to speak Malay/English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of building defects and ability to work under pressure.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

Willing to be based in Chemor, Perak.
