Job Description
  • Patient education, including consultations
  • Patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up
  • Coordinating and scheduling surgeries
  • Attending to patients' needs
  • Ensuring smooth patient flow
  • Assisting in marketing activities such as roadshows (applicable when MKN/KKM SOPs are open)
  • Preparing statistical reports
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Educational background: Diploma or Degree in any field (science background preferred)
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service role
  • Skills: Customer-oriented and meticulous
