Job Description
- Patient education, including consultations
- Patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up
- Coordinating and scheduling surgeries
- Attending to patient needs
- Ensuring smooth patient flow
- Occasional participation in marketing activities such as roadshows (subject to SOP guidelines)
- Preparing statistics reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational background: Diploma or Degree in any field (science background preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service role
- Skills: Customer-oriented and meticulous
