Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Dealing with incoming calls and messages from clients, whether to answer queries, handle calls for service or sort out complaints;
  2. Identifying requirements and entering events into a computer system;
  3. Dispatching tasks to other units, when relevant;
  4. Invoicing or handling payments, where necessary;
  5. Sending letters, information sheets and other documents to clients;
  6. Advising clients of additional products or services.

Job Requirements

  1. Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  2. Excellent hands-on skills with an eye for detail.
  3. Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Ability to work independently.
  5. Positive attitude and responsible character.
  6. Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
  7. Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  8. Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
