Job summary

AS Watson Group is seeking a customer-oriented cashier for its Selangor store. You will handle cash transactions, promote the Watsons VIP Member Card, maintain stock levels, and help ensure a clean, inviting shopping environment throughout busy hours.

Requirements include Bahasa Melayu and English, pleasant personality with strong communication, good interpersonal and follow-up skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English
• Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented
• Outgoing personality, positive and high energy level
• Malaysian citizens only
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Health/retail pharmacy industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
• Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.
