Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a customer service associate to provide friendly and professional service, ensure smooth shop operations, manage stock, and handle cashier duties including promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card.

The role requires minimum PMR/PT3/SKM, fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, and a Malaysian citizenship. You must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; experience in health/retail pharmacy is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM certificate or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic and customer‑focused.
• Malaysian citizen; able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy is an advantage.
