Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a friendly cashier to deliver high standard customer service and assist in smooth shop operations in Kuala Lumpur.

You will handle the VIP Member Card promotions, maintain stock levels, and support the team across shifts, weekends and public holidays. Malaysians only; fluent in Malay and English; prior health/retail pharmacy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bahasa Melayu and English are required languages.
• Pleasant personality with strong drive and excellent communication skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service at the cashier counter.
• Ensure efficient operation and organization of the shop.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels at all times.
• Promote the Watsons VIP Member Card to customers.
