A multinational FMCG company is looking for a Customer Activation Manager to manage its business
Your new role
- Align prioritised customer specific activations for the segment, required incremental to the cluster plan to deliver our market growth aspirations.
- Partner with the Customer Development and Category team to deliver an annual activation plan which is aligned to SCM
choices, category growth drivers, customer needs and influences shoppers throughout the path to purchase. Effectively adapt
and adjust activity plans to reflect the changing customer and internal environment. - Partner with the Customer Development and Display Development team to deliver D&E Transformation Project, Driving Scale
by using the preferred vendors proposed by Global Display & MGS Commercial and Value Leadership to deliver Display Saving
target for total West Asia by supporting relevant document for tracking and working as per Global Display Priorities. - Responsible for trade presentation decks, co-create where needed with cluster Activation Development Team and Display Development team to ensure the local Field & Customer teams have the sell-in tools (be responsible for activation content) they need to engage with customers and ensure they have appropriate instructions to land the activity plan effectively.
- Partner with the Sales Operation Manager to establish channel and customer specific KPIs which deliver both short and long-term physical availability opportunities and ROI is calculated and used to continuously improve future plans.
What you'll need to succeed
- Graduate calibre, with strong experience in blue chip FMCG / consumer products (minimum 5 years) and a Sales or Marketing background. Minimum of 3 years in Trade or Customer Marketing experience.
- Ability to assess needs, propose mutually beneficial solutions, overcome objections, demonstrate resilience and manage conflict with a positive & confident mind-set to maximise mutual value.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills and experience of applying a wide range of analytics that drive insights and actions for complex customers
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop long term, effective and influential business relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to commit to a six (6)-month contractual assignment.
